<p>My name is Mr Matthee a customer of FNB for the past 15 years and never have I experiences such amazing service from a young lady by the name of Bibi Jassat of Woodbridge Branch. This young vibrant manager is an example of quality service. She goes out of her way to help everyone no matter colour, age or creed. She is so patient to assist and never makes a person feel inferior. I have had numerous problems after I went on early pension and visited the branch for assistance. Through the grace of God I interacted with Bibi who made my problems seem so minor. She assisted me in calling the loans department and the credit card department to help me. I received reference numbers and I knew I was assited. She than took her time to call homeloans department to let tham know of my posistion, She made me feel that my problems werent actually problems but was something that could be done. The journey through retrenchement isnt an easy one, but speak to Bibi she is amazing. God grant her the strenght and patience to help other customers. Well done Bibi you are amazing.</p>
