Excellent customer service

<p>I recently decided to change to FNB and tried to do everything online ,I thought it would be a smooth transitition .....but the worst was still to come ....the account somehow was flagged as a ***** account and it became very frustrating and I started to resent why I made the choice of moving to FNB ,I called for days with no help just being transferred from a department to another with no responsibility being taken.....then I went to the phoenix branch and I met a group of superheros ,people who made me feel at home and assisted me ,the one person that stuck out the most was a guy named Ashton Gabriel .He has gone the exta mile to make me understand what your brand is all about ,he made sure he took my email adress down and assured me I could go home and that he would fix my problems, he went over and above his normal duties to ensure that I could get my account sorted (bear in mind ,by this time I already had a formal complaint lodged with FNB,so dealing with a complaint is not easy ,there is special departments for that) .this guy took on a huge responsibilty and made sure he made me happy a new customer and trust me, I love that I am now with FNB, I am a customer service manager for an international company and for the past 7 years I have never come accross a person that has done what this guy has done .....I was frustrated and angry and all I needed was to be listened to and helped and thats what he did .FNB we need more people like him </p>
