My Name is Michael Taylor and I recently visited the FNB branch at Davenport centre because I needed to apply for a credit card. I dealt with Miss Bevan Du Preez, who went above and beyond her job description to resolve the issue with my application. She escalated my query to the relevant departments and followed up with them on a regular basis while also keeping me updated. My application has since been approved and I am thankful to Miss Du Preez for going the extra mile. Excellent Customer Service.
