Excellent Customer Care and Service

30 January 2025 i went into the bank to seek assistance with paypal.I was not a fnb client but they assisted me,and did so very patiently.From meeting Mr.Andele who very efficiently assisted me he even wrote down some personal info for me so that i wont forget he was attentive cause while we were talking i told him i forget things so i write them down,also...he and another lady staff member was so concerned and even made the needed phone calls to sort out my quiery...I then met the service Manager Mr.Andy...He was most excellent at his job🤩he showed me how to confidently use the fnb app to make banking no fuss,😎im so happy,what i appreciated was how he patiencly answered all my questions 🙌...i must say from start to finish i was happy with the service and the sincere manner they have helped me with my financial matter.A huge shout out to fnb Parow branch!!!...and FYI,i left there a fnb client🤩
