Excellent Customer Assistance

I logged a complaint on FNB website, I was contacted within a day. I was then re-directed to the correct teams. I was contacted by Meagen from parow branch. She took the time and effort to assist me. contacted all the relevant departments until my issue was resolved. She went out of her way to assist. That is what I call customer service.
