Excellent consistent FNB customer service!!

First time I went to open an account 2weeks back at MevilIe, Campus Square branch I was serviced by Mo Moja and she was excellent (welcoming, friendly, well informed of their small business offerings). When I went to collect a card 3days later I went to the same person, Moja, and she took her time calling patiently several times the business unit, assisted me in resetting my profile. She was engaging even in topics outside of her enviro-work-ment. When I thought I had the best service from a bank little did I know that yesterday (23/11/2020), I would sit with the same FNB champion when I accompanied my friend to open 2 accounts. There she was with a smile and excellent work ethics, she still remembered me and I ended up opening another account. From around 4pm she assisted us with love until an hour post her knock-off time. My friend had to active cards and open online profiles and app download and then other two staff members (Nkululeko & another lady) joined in to assist us and we all left at 6pm. *Working your hours tirelessly is a job BUT working extra hours is an excellent-customer-service and it takes love of what you do and respect of who you doing it for.
