Excellent client service
I would like to thank Zilungile Nyamende from Northgate Mall FNB Branch for her excellent service, she explained to me in detail how my new Fluid account (I prefer inside the branch than call center. Zilungile was thorough with me, made sure I understood my new account and overall very professional. Thank you so much for being a champion of a consultant, you are indeed a Stat, you deserve a Whhho shem :) and a promotion to Branch Manager.
