Excellent branch service from FNB
After a very frustrating FNB experience through the call centre, I was very impressed with the help I received at FNB Menlyn Maine in Pretoria. Tshiamo (sp?) was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, as were the other staff who needed to help with things like ID verification. Sorted out all the issues within 15 min, which call centre had not been able to in 1.5 h. Will certainly make sue of this branch again.
