<p>Yesterday I needed to go to the bank as I had opened an account online and had to collect my bank card, register for online banking and link my account to my paypal account. As I work in Sasolburg I went to the nearest branch but the banks were so busy, people were queueing outside. I decided to go home to Parys and try to do the necessary there. As I approached the bank I noticed a very long line of people at the ATM and wanted to walk away. But, I decided to try. As I entered the bank a young lady approached me and asked if she could assist. When I explained she immediatly directed me to a young lady at the customer service desk. There was NO waiting.. The lady at customer service was a trainee and immediately realized that she would be unable to assist and directed me to a beautiful lady right next to her. My entire request from start to finish (approx 1 hour)was handled with extreme proffessionalism and a friendly smile throughout. I think her name was Mkhize. In any case, she walked me through the whole process from getting a bank card, to depositing money, to registering online and linking my accounts and all the while also talking the trainee through the process. This young lady made a very tedious process a relaxed and informative one. Well done FNB Parys, you've change my view about banking completely.</p>
