Exceptional service from Tsakani from Mutale Branch after I went to certain branch in Thohoyandou complaining about online banking registration,I went there for three times and the last day I was told to come in April for assistance,when I came to Tsakani today for notice she asked about online banking I told her my story and she locked surprised and go on asking for any reference for online banking registration I told her I don't have and she was very very much surprised,she assi8us with notice and before we go she said she wanna contact online banking gor us she did that and surprisingly we managed to get a refer number for our call and told that by next week a consultant will contact us,I think she assistus beyond and love to appreciate her service very very excellent am happy our online banking will be registered soon not in APTIL just imagine.Thank you am speechless after spending a lot of petrol to go to Thohoyandou.
