Excellence at FNB Bluff
I went to the new FNB Bluff branch at Bluff Towers for the first time. There were very long queues. The reason for my review is to praise one of the staff members, Remona Ralph, who saw how upset I was and called me in next to attend to me. At least she offered me a seat. She attended to me patiently and sorted out my issues as well as gave my son his card instantly because it had expired long ago. She also advised us about different options. I hope FNB, Bluff can train all their staff to be like her. Thank you Remona as you gave me hope that if I come in again, I will have someone who will look after my needs. I don't see any of the old staff and the manager is nonexistent. Sir, You have cameras and can see when someone needs help urgently, especially the old and the frail. At their old branch, we didn't have to queue if we were not going to the cashiers. Despite Covid we were always attended to with dignity. But in this new branch, we have to stand for hours in the hot sun or rain, without any seats for older folk, who may have illnesses. The queue snaked round the entire building, without anyone bothering to ask if we are in serious discomfort.
