What an excellent service I received yesterday from Nosihle Mhlongo at the Galleria branch. She postponed her lunch hour just to assist us. She was so patient, she assisted me with a smile from beginning to end without complaining or showing any irritation. She even went beyond expectation when i was unable to fix my account. She advised me well and asked me to come back specifically to her once sorted. Thank you for an amazing service! This is what makes me proud of being a FNB client. ?
