<p>to whom it may concern. I generally don't publish compliments however this situation calls for more than that. previously I have laid a complaint. So its time for a compliment towards an outstanding staff member as well.</p> <p>Ever since I started banking with FNB Pheelio Motsidiso has provided our company with excelent service upholding the values of FNB. Always smiling even when I am not, and doing his job quickly and satisfactory. He has great interpersonal s****s and knows how to build rapport with any personality type. Somehow he knows how to tame a wild beast. I would highly recommend a promotion out behind that glass box to deal with customers in client service, Personal Development or even marketing. Thank you Pheelio, you made a dark day seem brighter. Keep it up. Give him a Round of applause. He deserves it. I know you are getting rid of employees to automate your whole system, but Pheelio Motshidiso is a valueble asset to FNB. Someone others might learn from and even look up to. Once again thank you.
