Exceedingly poor service
Never take up a loan with FNB , I have been trying to settle my account with them for the past month , either I cannot get my settlement letter , or they are unable to locate my account information , or they are unable to get the notes on my account etc etc etc . I am at this point beyond frustrated . The service that I have received from them has been beyond poor . I would not recommend your services to anyone
