I recently visited the newly opened FNB Helderberg Branch for the first time, and I must say, my experience far exceeded my expectations. The branch itself is well kept, with ample space for customers, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. There were enough advisors available to assist everyone efficiently, and what stood out the most was how much they truly focused on and cared about each client they served.

A special mention must go to Lee Hendricks, the consultant who assisted me. She was incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming, making me feel valued from the moment we started our conversation. Not only was she exceptionally helpful, but she was also highly informative, ensuring I fully understood everything while resolving my query smoothly and efficiently.

I also want to highlight the professionalism and outstanding support provided by Ashley Adams-Simons. From the moment I arrived, she warmly welcomed clients, assisted them in getting the correct ticket for their query, and continuously checked in to ensure everyone was comfortable while they waited. Her attentiveness and commitment to customer care were truly commendable.
