Ex-employee Pension info

I am an ex-employee of FNB, resigned in 2004 and would like to get hold of someone who can assist me with my FNB Pension which I think was with Investec at the time. I have tried to call bank city with no luck and also telephone banking. It is virtually impossible to get hold of the right person or department from the outside of the bank!! Please assist FNB.
