eWallet/Zero Account -Just a means to lock peoples money inn

I was sent an Ewallet Sunday 16th February, I tried to withdraw it but it gave some error messages all day and wouldn't allow me to withdraw my cash. Said that I must access zero account but when I go via the zero account it says that I need a CARD (zero account) but im not an FNB client that is why i got ewallet, otherwise this money could have gone straight to my account. Ewallet is for convenience but if I need a "card" now to access my ewallet then its lost its entire purpose. so I went to the branch the next day to get this card so I can withdraw my money but I still couldnt because I dont have an ID, I had my passport but they still wouldn't help me. I lost my ID but I had my passport and all docs but they couldn't help me. so all in all my money is stuck at fnb until I go and make a new ID. EWALLET WAS SUPPOSED TO BE CONVENIENT BUT IF YOU ARE LINKING IT TO CARDS AND COMPLICATING IT FNB WILL LOOSE ALOT OF CLIENTS. ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A CARDLESS SERVICE BUT U NEED TO GO GET A CARD AS IF U ARE OPENING AN ACCOUNT NOW...i have never struggled so much to get my money back I dont know what to do anymore
