Ewallet withdrawal
On 21 December 2019, my niece send me R1000 through Ewallet. I did not immediately go to the atm to withdraw the money but went on 24 December 2019. I followed the prompt to request a new pin, instead of receiving a new pin, I got a message that my Ewallet account is overdrawn and was directed to call the Ewallet help desk. I followed the advice and was informed that my cellphone number was used to commit Ewallet ***** in May 2019. I was again advised to call the FNB’s ***** line which was unsuccessful. I just want clarity on the matter and a full investigation to be conducted because FNB has at no stage made me aware of the alleged crime. Further on, I demand my money.

07 Jan 2020, 10:03Good day. I am still waiting for the matter to be resolved and wondering what is causing all the delay. I was informed that the matter has been escalated to the ***** section and to date nothing came forth from that’ section. This is really frustrating
