Ewallet useless

I have R200 in an OTT wallet at FNB. Despite receiving a notification about the funds, I never received a PIN. When I called FNB customer care on Saturday, I was told I needed a single-SIM prepaid phone to access the money.

This kind of outdated requirement is driving customers away from FNB. Why are we being forced back to the 1900s? I simply want my R200. It's concerning to think what would happen in an emergency if FNB made people jump through so many hoops to access their funds.
