Ewallet upgrade always under maintenance

I have been trying to upgrade my ewallet using my card number and pin In order to access other cellphone banking services but since last month, the service is not working is currently unavailable. We apologize for inconvenience I mean since the April the service is under maintenance. Fnb sucks
