EWallet transaction

My ewallet account was credited on the 23rd of August 2021 by a family member so that i could travel to work only to find out is it on a negative balance and i couldn't withdraw that amount credited i made a complaint to the brach and still couldn't clarify why is on a negative balance they said they will solve my query within 3-7 working days i fully understand that but my career is jeopardized and I'm failing to understand how can i owe an ewallet which doesn't make sense to me and i was listed absent on work that day.
