Ewallet *****

I recently got the raw end of the stick when an ewallet that was supposed to be mine was sent to someone elses number that person withdrew the money and now is refusing to give me the money a full R1000. I would like to know how can I take this case further I do have proof that the money was sent to her and the date of withdrawal,I phoned FNB call centre they gave me the ATM number of the ATM where the money was withdrawn. I need help and further assistance.
