Ewallet Technical Error ****

I mostly enjoy FNB services until obviously a "technical" glitch on two occassions now FNB ewallet has not returned money which I sent out and could not be withdrawn. On both occasions Feb-03 and May-27 in 2023 the funds could not be withdrawn by the recipients(error D045) and FNB charges R65.00 to manually reverse it for me according to the consultant(s) at Private Clients Suite. HOW ABSURD!!!!

I would like to get money back as I know it was never withdrawn and I don't understand why I need to pay to have my money FNB!!!!?????
