ewallet system not working
Recently I sent money via ewallet to 2 people and both have been experiencing problems with withdrawing the money. When they dial the *120*277# number to request a pin the system send back an error message. To a point where they need to go inside the branch to get money. When they call ewallet customer service they say they are unable to help
