Ewallet still not refunded

I got an email from FNB saying I should to a branch for a ********** claim, but till this day I haven't gotten my money back. I had the 1st ewallet which was sent around 7:48am from my my app which was not successful when I was trying to withdraw it and later on there was a 2nd one which was successful, you would understand that both ewallets were made at different times, I give up on FNB shame
