Ewallet *****s our money

Ewallet is krap. Had 500 sent to me but max I cud get was 400. Think ATM had no more cash Wich was not my problem. When trying to get the balance the following day I cud only take 50 as I was now being charged a fee of 11. So I have a balance of 39 now Wich is useless. This is *******. If the ATM had no more cash for me then how can they then charge me for a second withdrawal and why not allow me to take 80. Why only 50. This balance of 39 maybe small amount but it's money I need and now they stole it. I am looking for an alternative to ewallet that other Banks offer and will not be ewallet ING agn.
