Ewallet service is lacking these days

The service can really be bad sometimes this is the 3rd incident I had with ewallet service, I don’t get the sms with the pin then the next thing you forced to buy airtime even when you have bought the airtime you still can’t withdraw your money this is not on. I was stranded while I can’t withdra the money really not impressed with it lately
