Ewallet service from FNB

I dont understand why FNB charges me service fees for money sent via ewallet aswell as the receipient of the money, when they withdraw it they cannot receive the full amount due to 'withdrawal fees'. That service does not make sense, rather look for other alternatives for sending money.
