ewallet send fee adj

Charged a hundred and something odd Rand for ewallet send fee adj. What on earth is the story here? I think I've sent probably 3 or 4 ewallets in my life and most times it deducts the fee immediately so FNB please rectiy or explain. This is not the first complaint I've seen regarding this topic and each time you respond in private. It's a matter of 30 minutes to switch banks. Pretty simple.
