Ewallet ****/Error

I sent money to a friend via my banking apps ewallet yesterday and she immediately let me know that she didn't receive any SMS then she tried *120*277# but got no response. Today she did still not receive any SMS or attempt to draw the money even though the cell number it was sent to was hers. I then contacted FNB and they informed me that the money was drawn the previous day already but they cannot tell me where it was drawn and it was definitely not drawn by my friend as up to today she still did not receive any SMS ...What can I do regarding this and is there a way I can get my money back
