EWALLET ****

I sent my elderly parents an ewallet on the 21st April. Now I am being told they have to go into a branch to collect a card. So during a pandemic fnb opens accounts and wants elderly people to que inside a bank. And they want to charge me R300 to reverse the ewallet. I am moving my home loan and my account to a bank that cares about people. BYE FNB
