eWallet Run-around

Extract email sent on 15 December 2015
As a FNB client and an ambassador for all your services I have this to say... Today I found myself without my bank card at a paypoint and as you can appreciate I had to think fast to remedy the matter.

My oh my, I was then diverted to the \*120*277#"number again as I could not top-up being a contract member of a cellular network...
As it stands eWallet is fastly being recognised as one of the the best initiatives of FNB however clearly not everything has been thought through... All in all I had to send eWallet monies to my partner who was then able to give me his pin so that I can withdraw some cash and then head over to the paypoint again after a 30 - 45 minute \""battle\"" for a pin I could not request!

I suggest that either the FNB app should have the option to \""send pin\"" or for the \""*120*277#\"" number should be a free dialler as this experience has really left me annoyed.

Extract Response - 4 January 2016
We apologies for any inconvenience caused"
