In the last year I have lost R7500 from incorrect numbers i sent money to. The last one being on a Sunday 27th November of R2500 and there are no clear way to reverse the transaction. I tried calling and all numbers gave me a mesaage that you are closed. I eventually went to an atm machine and got the lost card number. By that time my money was withdrawn.

It seems fnb does nit care if there client's loose there money. Another problem is your ATM machines shpuld be programmed to spit out your card before giving you money as all other banks do I have 2 cards in the machine already. Then having to pay for a new one. Probably a sales strategy?

Regards
Edgar Pacheco
