Ewallet ripoff

Sent money to pay the helper. The atm only had half of the money and ewallet therefore charged her to withdraw the rest at another time. This is unacceptable. If your systems are so good then they should have business rules that state that if the atm does not have any money left it should not charge someone and penalise them when they have to draw from the ewallet a second time.
