Ewallet reversal still after a year not in my account

I have called and emailed care and ewallet desk over 100 times for just a ewallet reversal of R200. No one can help so I guess my R200 must see it as a write off. This is my 4th email in 3 months just pathetic service 1st ref was 505307 2nd *** 3rd *** 4th ***. When I call the ewallet desk they say there is an error when transferring my funds back the have asked for alternative account number still waiting and when they call me they say they will see what they can do I have been waiting for a year seeing what they can so unprofessional.. No help with my own money
