eWallet Reversal Not Possible in Life Threatening Situation

I made a payment via ewallet, however the recipient advised me that they had provided me with the incorrect number.

I immediately researched as to how to stop the payment, however following the *120*321#, there was no option to perform eWallet Reversal.

I went on the app which has no option, I went onto online banking and could not find an option, I emailed *** thereafter, to which there is no response.

The payment I was making is to assist a friend with his wife's cancer procedure (can back this up with whatsapp messages), and I am unable to assist him due to being unable to reverse the eWallet transaction, and send to the correct number. Please understand, my friend is emotional due to his wife's health condition, and made an honest mistake with the number provided (*** instead of ***)
