EWallet reversal

I sent two EWallet to the same number on different days Monday and Tuesday, knowing that I could reverse them If its a ****, I just realized it's a **** and I'm struggling to reverse the transactions, however the option for reversal is there. How can I get help ? Why would you lie to us and say we can reverse EWallet transaction?
