Ewallet problem

Dear Sir /Madam

I was shocked to by the attitude of FNB toward people using Ewallet. I was sent an Ewallet of R240 this morning, and proceeded to the nearest ATM.

The ATM informed me that I could only withdraw multiples of R100. So this I did. I then tried to phone FNB 3 times, first 2 calls to the Ewallet number, of course automated calls with no way of speaking to a human.

I then phoned help line, after holding on for 20 minutes with no human answering and running out of airtime, I then drove with my husband to the nearest FNB bank, 20 minutes away.

Waited in the queue to get helped for 10 minutes with no one at the help desk as you enter, eventually I had someone come to help. Explaining the situation, my phone was taken out of my hands, a new code requested by the staff member and told to follow her.

I was then informed that FNB only put R20 notes in selected ATMS, as pensioners we can't drive around the whole of the East Rand hoping to find one, then when requesting my R40, no I could not get it because it is now my fault that FNB could not dispense my funds in full so I must now pay R11 fees, but that's not all, I only got R20 because the staff member said that's all I could draw because the machine can't dispense less, take it or leave it.

Lovely, I must guess which FNB machine has R20 notes loaded, drive all my months petrol allowance out in 1 day trying to find the elusive ATM, and if i can't lose R20

Shame on you FNB, how can you ***** from pensioners like this
