Ewallet pin cant be retrieved at all.

My mom sent me cash through her fnb ewallet. From this morning 10am i haven't received an sms with the pin. And if i dial *120*277# then it just says service currently unavailable. Please try again later. Im so angry with fnb. You guys as a bank really got to sort this problem out. Its not 2015 its flippn 2021!! Like are you guys downgrading or what?
