Ewallet Pin Cant Be Retrieved

I have been trying to access the FNB ewallet services the whole day already *120*277#.

It keeps giving me the response "Service Unavailable ". I have been stranded because i cant retrieve my money. What is going on with FNB. The whole day ???????
