Ewallet overcharged

Good Day

I really don't understand how bank charges work with the ewallet at FNB because I had R1500 ewalleted to me then I tried to withdraw the whole amount but it could only allow me to withdraw R1400. This left me with a remaining amount of R134 and the R34 was the balance before the ewallet was made. On Christmas day I received R500 ewallet and this meant I had a balance of R634 in my number, I then tried to withdraw 3 times with a new pin and according to my understanding the fees must not exceed R50. I then withdrew R100, but when I went back to see my balance I was left with R334. Please explain what happened for me to get charged so much?
