Ewallet not working, no customer service

Client paid me is ewallet but I have received no SMS. Checked the number they used is correct. Tried dialling *120*277# but it says service unavailable, and I have plenty Airtime and good signal.

Tried calling customer care call just cuts. Messaged on Facebook no reply.

Now here I sit. Terrible and slow inefficient service.
