eWallet money went missing

eWallet money that disappeared into thin air,been sent from Pillar to post,was sent an email by Lydia Mpyana that my money will revert back into my account within 3 -5 working,tried to call the call center and was put on hold for 15 ridiculous minutes,,I am going switch to another bank I'm sorry.********
