Ewallet Money not reflecting

Good day, I have made 3 x ewallet payment to my mother in the last week and a half with two of them she could not get her money out as there were no funds relecting. And then just R300 of the R350 i sent her. I sent her money this morning and again nothing. Could you please revert where my money has dissapeared to as I cant keep sending her money and it doesnt relect. Please can this be sorted asap.
