Ewallet money disappeared

I sent a friend money via ewallet and requested a pin to be sent to her on saturday around 13:11 and i called a while later to check if she recieved it and she said she didn't, we confirmed that the number i had sent it to was right and it was indeed right. I even tried to reverse in order for me to resend it but it told me it was unable to reverse the funds as the account was insufficient. Please help me follow up and resolve this matter.
