ewallet missing

R200 disappeared from my R500 e-wallet on the 26/ 12/2022 and after seeking help from this bank consultant I ended up not getting it back , the same thing has happened again , R200 is missing from a R500 deposited on the 28/04/2023 . I didn't withdraw this money .
