Ewallet Jammed notes

I was withdrawing ewallet at FNB Northgate, two R100 notes jammed i managed to pull one note out but the machine returned back one note. Next day i went to the branch to report what had happened, i was sent back and told to call ewallet services, i was disappointed to hear that because how much airtime must i use to call the call centre for a refund of R100. I even tried showing the consultant a picture i took of the jammed notes she still insisted i call Ewallet.
