Ewallet issues

I am concerned about the ewallet process, I have on two occasions ewallet money to my partner and he isn't able to get the full amount?? What happens to the rest of the money? For example I ewallet R70 and he is only able to retrieve R50 what happens to the additional R20? This has happened on two occasions so R40 is where exactly? Please can someone assist and have this resolved
