Ewallet Issue still not resolved

I've trying to get my cellphone number linked to my ewallet service, since October 2018, till to date my query has not been resolved, everytime I get told the same story that it's being escalated. On the 14 Feb I went to the Fnb Branch in Randburg square, the consultant said he cannot help me I have to contact the app centre, I'll called the app department from the branch, and was told that my old number ( ********** 840) was linked to acc ********** 3197, when I had specifically requested that all the old numbers I used on Fnb acc be removed and replaced by my current cellphone number that I get all incontact notifications on. The old reference numbers I have are Ry ********** 2341, and FNB Care Ref ********** N. Today I called again and spoke to Fortunate Mchunu(***), who advised that she'll escalate(on that note I had to hold for over 10min just to get the ref) and my query will only be resolved within 24-48 working hrs. I'm very dissatisfied with this service and very upset that I have been trying to get this resolved since 2018 October.

Here's my alternative number ********** 739
