Ewallet is a ****

I had R240 sent vai ewallet and when I wanted to cash it out the atm gave R200 and couldn't get R40 out , I then contacted fnb secure chat and I was advised to request another pin which I did and went to another atm only to find out that the withdrawal starts at R50.i then decided to buy airtime or electricity through ewallet to my surprise I can't get through to the service even in I recharge my fone it says I have insufficient funds. I fell ****** by FNB and wouldn't recommend their ewallet service.
